Platinum Service Contract
Remote-Learner can provide learning technology training, IT, instructional design and core Moodle development experts to help an organization manage their internally hosted Moodle site and teaching staff. With a Remote-Learner Platinum Service Contract an organization has the assurance that professional services are readily available in support of their decision to deploy open source solutions. Clients use our services for server optimization, remote installation, remote upgrades of Moodle, Active Directory/LDAP integration setup, and general troubleshooting of common problems. 24x7 performance monitoring of the Moodle server(s) is also provided. Further, a historical performance record will be kept of each supported servers: cpu usage, load average, storage usage, network usage, and iowait states. The Remote-Learner team will also be available to provide updates to your Moodle and evaluate potential 3rd party add-on's.

Our rush service puts your Platinum Level Support Contract new order, and initial service issues, into a special escalation queue and assigned a senior technician who will work through these issues until resolved. Rush service must be approved by the Support Contract lead. Rush service is intended for clients with an existing production setup that needs immediate high quality service to resolve the issue with the greatest possible speed. For example, "our production Moodle server is currently offline due to server issues" qualifies for rush service.
