Case Manager

Remote-Learner is looking for a Case Manager to provide technical support on Moodle functionality and work with clients and our internal team to resolve various issues. Specifically we need someone living in Canada.

Job Duties:

  • Troubleshoot Moodle activities and provide insight on problems
  • Find or write directions on Moodle Administration functions
  • Coordinate work with clients and Technicians
  • Collaborate with internal departments to meet client’s needs
  • Work with clients to achieve acceptable resolution given policy and procedure
  • Document bug findings with moodle.org and in our internal system
  • Perform case work to meet our Service Level Agreement

Skills:

  • Problem solving and decision making; able to use rigorous logic and methods to solve problems with effective solutions.
  • Proven customer service skills
  • Possess strong organizational and time management skills
  • Demonstrates ability and willingness to listen and learn
  • Excellent written, and verbal communication skills

US Public Sector Demand Generation Manager

The Demand Generation Manager is responsible for strategic planning and implementation of integrated demand programs designed to drive engagement and pipeline of leads through multiple marketing channels across the US Public Sector Market (Federal, State and Local Government, Higher Education and K-12). This position will create marketing programs that generate pipeline, accelerate the sales cycle and build/strengthen client relationships with Remote-Learner.  The ideal candidate has strong skills in account and stage based marketing, executive level engagement programs and is able to gather and analyze data and market analytics to drive marketing sources, pipeline and revenue.

The Demand Generation Manager is responsible for:

  • Define marketing goals and objectives in order to develop a strategic demand generation plan that aligns with delivering a qualified, engaged pipeline of leads for the US Public Sector sales team;
  • Determine appropriate mix of online and offline campaign elements including email, webinars, search, social and advertising with compelling calls to action to deliver pipeline goals;
  • Collaborate with Marketing Communications to create a catalog of content and sales enablement material to support campaigns;
  • Create, lead execution of and measure an integrated multi channel demand generation plan supported by business and market intelligence and reinforced by knowledge and experience in the US Public Sector market;
  • Track program performance and effectiveness, report results and measure effective ROI;
  • Manage assigned marketing budget;
  • Collaborate with Sales Operations to manage the lead flow process, technology and prescriptive use of CRM;
  • Be the “go-to” marketing resource for the US Public Sector sales team;;
  • Communicate all marketing plans, and activities and report program results consistently to sales and executive stakeholders;
  • Track and understand sector trends to modify overall strategy, messaging and programs as needed;
  • Marketing administrator for marketing automation system. Knowledge of Hubspot or Pardot is a plus;
  • Devise and execute a list building strategy to support the US Public Sector sales team;
  • Seek out and share insights on how to improve Remote-Learner’s website to convert prospects to leads, using data from Google analytics, A/B testing and other resources such as marketing automation;

Requirements

  • Extensive experience with both outbound and inbound marketing programs including email, website & microsite optimization, online advertising, content and SEM, as well as lead nurturing through marketing automation platforms such as Pardot, Eloqua, and Marketo.
  • Prior experience in creating integrated marketing plans for a high tech company supporting Public Sector clients;
  • Ability to work with both business unit leaders and sales leaders to understand individual and segment metrics;
  • Ability to think strategically while implementing tactically;
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills;
  • Self-motivated, innovative, collaborative, analytical;
  • Minimum 4-6 years Demand Generation Experience; minimum 3 years marketing to the Public Sector

You will represent Remote-Learner’s complete solution set in this market by building long-term client relationships and coordinating account and sales strategies.  A successful account executive will be an expert on their client’s strategic plans, financial objectives, key stakeholders at all levels, purchasing and contract management processes.  This is an individual contributor position appropriate for an experienced technology sales professional who possesses excellent poise and communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Meeting and exceeding set sales quotas;
  • Expanding account relationships by building relationships at higher levels;
  • Becoming a trusted, value added partner to clients and prospects building awareness and demand for Remote-Learner services and products;
  • Coordinating across solutions architects, Product Management, Support, Learning Solutions and other internal stakeholders;
  • Playing an active role in the RFP process;
  • Utilizing Salesforce to maintain and build accurate and timely client, pipeline and forecast data;
  • Staying up to date, informed and conversant in industry and market trends;
  • Effectively and efficiently utilize Remote-Learner resources at appropriate stages in the sales cycle to advance the sales process;

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
  • Proven knowledge of the Learning Management space
  • At least 5 years in strategic selling and relationship management; enterprise, solution or technical sales experience required;
  • At least 3 years proven experience in the eLearning, educational technology and/or software sales industries;
  • Excellent written and oral communications skills;
  • Strong business acumen, financial, analytical and quantitative skills;

Additional Details:

  • This is a remote based position; preference given to candidates located in the Northeast US
  • At least 50% travel expected;
